Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-21 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@just-superb.com and send your item back to the supplier. We provide you with the details via email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you need to return your order back to the supplier. To receive return details you should send us an email to: support@just-superb.com. We will send you instructions and return details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 10-60 days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EU Cancellation Right Of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of resignation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day deadline.


You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts 
for the delivery of goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, 
Sound or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who at the time of conclusion of the contract do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.
